Keys
Paste each key and press Save. They take effect immediately — no restart. Keys are stored on this Mac only, in a file the app manages; they are never shown back to you in full once saved.
Add garments from AS Colour
Enter a style number. Every colorway is pulled straight from AS Colour's product page — no Box download — with the chest width from their size guide. Pick the colors you stock and import.
Add garments from SanMar
Pick the brand, enter a style number. Flat front and back photos come from SanMar's nightly data drop, and the chest width is read from the style's spec sheet. The first lookup for a brand downloads that brand's file, which can take a couple of minutes; after that it's cached for the day.
Add garments from a folder
Point this at a folder of product photos — a SanMar data-library export, an AS Colour download, anything. Backgrounds are removed and each garment measured automatically. Style, color, and front/back are read from the filenames; fix anything that reads wrong before importing.
Team accounts
Who can sign in to this Proof Tool. Only admins can add or remove accounts. Passwords need at least 8 characters.
